It's Monday and I'm feeling like shit after cheating all weekend! I didn't go to the gym at all, had dessert Saturday night and drank beer and ate wings all day Sunday watching football on the couch. Then, to top it off, I went out for ice cream after the game! I basically fell off the wagon and gave way to being lazy. I hate it when this happens! Sucks cause now I feel guilty and run down. Anyone else with me here?
