    Angry going beyond your set reps.....

    lately ive been lifting, and ive been adding 5 lbs every next time i workout that muscle. but i cant get enough of it. i seem to be lifting and then i see the progress and it makes me want to lift more... is this bad cuz i dont want to over work my muscles....

    If you feel like doing more do more. If you do overtrain them, well atleast you know now, but unless you give it a go you won't know.

    It's a good idea to test your muscles,that premotes growth.Long as your keeping your form fairly strict and not just flinging the wieghts around.That's pretty good progress to keep adding wieght every workout.Keep it up.good job!! DB
