    Angry ahh i just pinched my nutt while doing shrugs....

    ahh oajnfsd im gonna vomit o god, pain, omg omg fuck ahh i had my legs closed and i guess one of my nutts poped out by my dick and i pulled up and wham... oooooo godi think its retracting into my body

    However, i noticed the name of the thread is you just did it. You posted this @ 3:30 a.m. eastern time and you live in texas, so you workout at 1:30 in the morning?

    Thats why when i used to work traps, i'd do dumbell shrugs

    Yeah i posted before that i keep hittin my balls with the fucking bar. Now i just tuck my junk between my legs or bend slightly so as not to hit my pecker and or boys. Dumbells are great for avoiding the crotch.

    Damn straight...got too close to hurting the boys myself. When you try to lean over to get the bar off of you, kind of bad on your back. Dumbbells best way to go in my book.
