Cable - 3MBPS Down 256KBPS up. Love it. I have to work from home sometimes to get things done in the evenings and some weekends so my employer pays for the service.

1 Mbps DSL connection at home (and I live a few yards from the phone exchange so it's nice and FAST!)
3 Mbps DSL at work (each division of around 5-8 people has a 3 Mbps DSL line instead of a big T line for everyone in the building).
On the road, I Wardrive so connection to unsecured LAN's can be anything.

Cable at home in San Diego, Multi-T3 HSSI or OC3 ATM in most places I work, Satellite if I am on a ship, 56k GPRS on the road, and who knows what in the hotel when I stay out of town.

well if I look behind my comp. I can see a hamster running in what looks like some sort of wheel type contraption.......The bigger the piece of cheese that I dangle in front of his lil hamster face the faster he runs. Which in turn makes my internet connection faster....... ............(DSL)

DSL at home...
Wireless connection through my school during class (which is where i spend most of my time posting at AR)...not sure of the exact specs, but it's a hell of a lot faster than my DSL...of course, my DSL sucks, so that may not be saying a lot...
