Many things make a woman desireable IMO:

1) she must be asthetically pleasing, ie hot, to me at least. Hair color, height, and body type come in many combos that are sexy. However, good teeth is a must have.
2) education/motivation, doing something meaningful or at least in the process of doing something meaningful college dergee, starting a business, starving artist, etc, etc. Career waitresses need not apply.
3) good head on her shoulders. She should be reasonable and easy to get along with. Who wants to deal with a flaky, unreliable, ditz with serious emotional baggage? Not me.....even if she looks like BostonBobbys avatar.

As a sidenote I will share one thing that immediately turns me off a woman: huge fake tits and bad teeth! How on earth could someone spend 5k on tits before fixing their face and smile? It's beyond me.
