nothing like friday to screw up a good diet......
ive been running my bulking diet really well all week, taking in about 220+ grams every day since monday and training, i started out friday with a sandwich, then lifted and had big bowl of pasta and protein bar, then shit comes up and we go out, get a double cheeseburger which isnt that great then start drinking, got sick and only taken in about 15 grams of protein since about 9pm last nite......i was doing so well too......

I never drink while on a training program. It kills the entire next day. No food, dehydrated, etc.

yea i needed to get out though, im gonna chill out on the partying for a while, well drinking at least, that fucks u all up, when u drinking u dont really feel like eating and when u hungover u definately dont feel like eating....the only thing im gonna be puking off of (or coming close)for a while are gonna be my horrible tasting protein shakes.....

i hear that too. i went out last night to this place called Cabo's downtown Houston with some friends last night. ended up wolfing down some chips and salsa which i really shouldn't have done. but it's okay, i didn't get my taco cabana at 2 am like usual.
