Help me before I make this bet....
My roomate sees me always going to the gym and trying to gain mass and tells me how easy he can put on mass. So I told him to put his money where his mouth is and bet $100 that he can't put on 10lbs of pure muscle in a month. He will get his bf tested on the first day and the last day and can't take gear or anything. Granted he doesn't really know what he's doing working out and i'm not going to help him but let's say he gets it right and busts his ass naturally. Is it possible? He doesn't have great genetics or anything his mom and dad are both realtively skinny/out of shape... well let me rephrase that I know it is possible but do you guys think this will be easyf or him to do i.e. should i take this bet?

10 lbs in a month? No way. Unless his dad is Arnold...
Good bet. Especially if he is a slap dick.

I'd take the bet....10 pounds of pure muscle in one month? Very unlikely especialy for someone with poor genetics. Anyways I charge a 5% cut for my advice on betting so I expect a check of $5 sent to my place. My address is......

Take the bet!! It's impossible to gain 10 lbs. of pure muscle in a month. He may gain 10 lbs., but not 10 lbs. of muscle.

I can't get 10 lbs of pure muscle in a month with 6 grams of gear in my body. Great bet.

I'd say it's a solid bet. just remember that 15% at 200 is more fat than 15% at 190..
.15X200=30 lbs fat
.15X190=28.5 lbs fat
so if he wants to win, his body fat% actually has to go down. unless of course he gains more than 10 lbs.
