    Ok with the info you gave me here ya go... Follow in order

    Seated Leg Press 4 set pyramid weight up
    Set1.. 15 reps
    Set2.. 12 reps
    Set3.. 10 reps
    Set4.. 8 reps (Warm-ups)

    Leg Extensions 4 Sets.. Up-sets (And pyramid weights up each set)
    Set1.. 15reps..up weight..8 reps..up weight..6 reps
    Set2.. 15reps..up weight..8 reps..up weight..6 reps
    Set3.. 12reps..up weight..8 reps..up weight..4 reps
    Set4.. 20reps..up weight..12 reps..up weight.. 6 reps

    Back to Seated Leg Press 4 more sets of Heavy-low reps pyramid up
    Set1.. 8 reps
    Set2.. 8 reps
    Set3.. 6 reps
    Set4.. 4 reps

    Now to Hammies... 4 sets Laying Curls drop sets.. pyramid weight up each set
    Set1.. 15 reps..drop weight..12 reps..drop weight.. 6 reps
    Set2.. 12 reps..drop weight..10 reps..drop weight.. 8 reps
    Set3.. 10 reps..drop weight..10 reps..drop weight.. 8 reps
    Set4.. 12 reps..drop weight..10 reps..drop weight.. 10 reps

    Next Standing DB stiff-leg deadlifts pyramid weights up

    I have a 3 day split.

    Monday: Tricep/Bicep

    Wednesday: Chest/Back (Soon to be shoulders).

    Friday: Legs/Shoulders (Soon to be back)

    I don't put much time into my legs since I don't struggle much with them.

    In my view legs aren't a struggle. I'm not trying to be like steiner (Big upper body, shitty wheels).

    But I don't want huge ass quads or hams. My calves are my little prize though.

    Where's the squat? No hacks? hamms and quads same day is a nono. Extension nothing but a warm up for massive heavy nasty squatting

    My leg night is done at my work (For sheer convience since I work 3rd shift).

    Only thing I can use for squatting is a smith machine.

    I like smith machine squats, still get a good work out. The bigger my quads get, the worse my calves look. My calves are my weakness. They have till the end of feb to look like arnolds or it will be synthol city
