    Ech.

Slipknot is good but I'd take only one off. Put on My Plague.

You also need Static-X's "Get to the gone", "Push It". Very good songs by them.

Little NIN, Pantera "Walk", Sevendust couldn't hurt.

    Metal = Best workout music.

    Ech. Bad choice from Zombie.

Rob Zombie: Dragula, Living Dead Girl, Never Gonna Stop, How to Make a Monster (Remix, by far the best freaking song to workout to when your fully pumped).

White Zombie: Thunderkiss '65, More Human Than Human, Electric Head Pt. 2.

    Firestarter - Prodigy
    I Stand Alone - Godsmack
..and finish it off with a little Kenny G to go along with your stretching.

Prodigy is a real good group for when I feel like driving like a madman.

Smack my bitch up, firestarter, breathe, poison etc. You'll never catch me driving under 90mph when those songs are on in my car.

Papa roach - time and time again. That song will never get old. And Mudvayne's world so cold is good. I like Mercy Severity though.

Shit I watch it when I have nothing better to do. I don't go out of my way.

But Scott Steiner's upper body is a work of art.

My roommates were just talking about that song, we joke around that the words should be "Headstrong, this is our only song!" It's so played out.

I love Linkin Park, so there is a lot of that on the MP3 player... this chick named Lennon has some heavy shit that's good. I used to live in the southern end of San Diego, so POD's Southtown and Boom have to be on there just because.

Other than that, Disturbed, Taproot, Drowning Pool, things like that are on random order.

I got a shit load of godsmack(love "I fucking hate you" "straight out of line")
lots of linkin park, POD, some metallica, mudvayne, Korn, Little 50cent and eminem(songs where they sound pissed), and a few others. I love my mp3 player cause it holds 60 songs so you don't ever hear the same one over when you're working out.
