losing strength from illness.....
ive been sick since monday, ive had no real food for 3 days, no protein, no nothing... just broth pretty much.... how should i continue my training when i go back to the gym after being sick? i feel like ive lost strength..

the last workout i did was on monday and i did arms/chest and my chest feels so tight hurts to breath when i stretch it ;\
