    HOW do you feel ?

    You train hard bust a gut you have made great gains then bang you get ill you cant train for a long time you see all your gains go out the window..How do you all feel.....

    ITS ALL ABOUT THE RETURN....

    INJURED MY SHOULDER INSIDE THE SQUARED CIRCLE...MRI SHOWED THAT I HAD A STRESS TEAR. HAD TO SLOW TRAINING DOWN THEN EVENTUALLY HAD TO STOP. ALSO HAD TO STOP WRESTLING ...TOOK LIKE 4 MONTHS OF NOT DOING ANYTHING..EARLY FEB OF 2001_____MADE THE RETURN..ITS A SLOW PROCESS BUT ITS A PROCESS THAT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH..PROTIEN, CREATINE AND GLUTIMINE ARE YOUR BEST FRIENDS DURING THIS TIME(ACTUALLY AT ALL TIMES).. YOU SEE SOME PEEPS AT THE GYM YOU HAVENT SEEN SINCE YOU'VE BEEN THERE. THEY ALL WONDER WHERE THE HELL YOU'VE BEEN SO THEN YOU START OFF WITH THE PUSSY WEIGHTS..YEA ITS EMBARRASING CAUSE YOU SEE THE GUYS YOU USED TO BLOW AWAY IN BENCHING, BACK SHOULDER WORK-OUTS HELL EVERYTHING AND NOW THEY ARE STRONGER THAN YOU..BUT ONLY TEMPORALY. THEN AFTER 1.5+ MONTHS OF CONSISTANT TRAINING YOU CAN START PILING ON THE 45s. BUT TRAINING SMART WISE..NOTHING CRAZY UNTIL YOU GET CLOSE TO NORMAL...SEEING GAINS GO SUCKS BUT ITS ALL ABOUT THE RETURN---IT ALL ABOUT THE RETURN...BTW TRIPLE H RETURNS NEXT MONDAY IN WWF..
