    22sets on Hams!!!!

    Your read it right boys.. and it felt good 2.. here it is

    4 sets Seated ham curls... 2 upsets and 2 dropsets
    4 sets Incline/decline freeweight lunges with 135
    4 sets Laying leg curls.. 4 dropsets
    4 abductor machines.. 4 dropsets
    2 sets Seated ham curls.. 2 triple drop sets

    I went back to seated because after the abductors I was feeling to much burn in my glutes and not enough in my hams

    Ya thursday was my quad day and I hit 22 sets then 2... so 44 sets on legs I want someone to tell me im overtraining!!!

    I split my ham and quad day so I could target my hams more.... and its working hehe I dont feel like im OT.. I feeling good so Im gonna keep it up a little longer...

    Its like when I normally do legs ya know.. after 20 sets total im done but not feeling the deep burn that I get from single sides.

    I think splitting quads and hams up are great..... I've been doing that for over a year now and have been able to bring my hams up. After quads I'm lucky if I can walk to my car let alone do hams.

    That's what I'm saying. I guess after so much time your body eventually adapts. Hell, I can't walk straight for at least 3-4 days after leg day.

    Its tough doing seated and laying curls 2 days after quads becuase the pressure it puts on my quads.. but I grit my teeth and work through it...

    And recovery.. I think because my age and 3 gallons of water a day helps... o and my Mulit-vits hehe.... Da Bull arent you taken Centrum-Silver? hehe

    hehe i can get em to 19 this year.. they hit 18 3/4 last year bulking so Im hoping to put on quality mass.. maybe 3 yrs from now ill be 21..or 21 1/2

    actually im not soar if you can believe it... just my glutes are a little tight but not hams a hurtin today
