    Unhappy severe pain in lower right pec....

    when i put my arms behind my head like im gonna get frisked my lower right pec gets extremly tight and hurts and there is a mild pain in my right arm pit, could it just be torn or injured or something worse. also when i do it, it hurts to breathe a little...

    It could be torn........... but the arm pit deal doesn't sound good.

    Do you bounce the bar on your chest when you bench? it sounds like bruised ribs to me.

    no, i dont bounce the bar when i bench, ive had a cracked rib from when i used to skate but i dunno what this is, it feels like a muscle. and the armpit thing goes from my armpit to my tricep so.. ill figure something out..

    You should know your body well enough to know whether its just an ache or something serious. It appears to me you think its serious so I'd see a doctor if I were you. Never put stuff like this off it only gets worse in most cases

    well, i had to lift some heavy ass stepping stones yesterday and i think it might be torn from that, or the cable crossovers i did... it isnt serious cause it doesnt hurt any time other than when i stress the muscle...
