What are your goals this winter?
This skinny kid is sitting at 220lbs for the first time in his life. On a second week of a low dose test cycle that will last until christmas.
My goal is to hit 230 for the first time by the end of the year, see if I can put on another 10lbs by spring and then work on the body fat until memorial day.
What's everyone else planning for themselves? Competitions? Fights? Bulk? Cutting?

yhea bro 230 is what i want to be at. i am 200 i wanna gain about 20 then when spring comes allong i will start cutting up a bit

I will be 210lbs with bf 8 next summer. No excuses.

Im hopefully gonna put on a good twenty pounds and then shed some bodyfat for the summer

Personally, i'm more or less trying to maintain what I've got. I've found that making any serious changes is going to be pretty difficult while in my first year at dental school.
AS is out of the question (not enough time to focus on diet/training). Since stress is way up, i'm focusing on hitting the gym regularly and eating as well as i can. I'm 6'1" 200 lbs even right now - my goal is to stay right at 200 but lean out a little.

I'm at 190lbs right now, I want to be at 220lbs by the time spring starts. I expect to be on cycle in a few weeks. Also my long term goal is to get four plates on bench. I'm at three right now.

just got done with my first show. I wanna get up to about 210 in the winter, then get ready for a July show weighing about 10lbs heavier than this last show.

Man yall make me feel scrawny so i wont say what weight i'm trying to hit but just say i'm trying to put on 5-10lbs LEAN muscle.

Bodywise: Hit 275 (very feasible since I hit 265 or so last winter)
In the gym: not sure...i'd like to bring the squat up to something respectable and standing military 225 for honest reps instead of the push presses i tend to do.
In my life: Slap the hell out of the LSAT and then petition Jason to change my name to BigCrimson

i'm trying to get to 180 by xmas. as of today, 167. still going up, new diet is really paying off bigtime.
