You can do upper body and take a week off from legs. To Big Ol' thats evil but I'd continue on if you could. I can't even move my left calve right now from the spot injection.
Sucks Valuablz, just think of Cancun to get you through the sprain.

yeh sounds good, but what do you think still go ahead with the cycle or wait till 100%. Went to the emergency room today, doctor said this was one of the worst sprain's she's seen, but gave me no pain killers, what a joke. Yeh cancun sounds good right about now.
Hold off on your cycle and make it 100%. Dont short change yourself do to impatience.
