    Sorry, I was sick Yesterday

    Thats why I wasnt post-whoring.. gotta apologize to all the hard-core post whores. It was coming out both ends, and I still feel like crap today.. but that didnt keep me from kicking out some sets on quads today.

    I felt kinda weak cause I only did 1800 on the press for 6 reps... and squats I only did 5 sets of 415 at 2x4 squats for 8 reps. But next week Ill come back strong....

    Wow bro,sorry to here that,you going to see the doc or what?Loss of appetite is not a good sign big,I know when my appitite is off I know something is wrong right away....and you know your body well...so get this checked out bro,you don't need a setback like this.I just got over the test flu,thank goodness it only lasted 4 days,so the set back was minor.Get well bro

    Try staying on shakes for a little while,just to keep the protien up.For the 4 days I was sick,that's all I lived on.I have a bad stomach,so I can understand what your going through.Don't dwell on it big,just makes it worse.I'm the worst when it comes to dwelling on a problem,I drive myself crazy sometimes if something isn't right with my inner body.Get to the doc and get this checked out bro.
