Yeah he's pretty short, what class would you be in?? No matter what the outcome, you'd have to be proud of the placing. Considering you'd be part of a minority, the naturals.
Id shoot for middleweight for a non-natural comp.. com in around 180.. im 5' 7"
if it was natural Id come in at 200.. less cut but more size
