Eat some fruit or some protien shake
Normally a protien shake (whey) and a steak.

Wiky..No, it's really not a huge deal to get up in the middle of the night to consume a meal..The sleep outweighs the meal in regards to importance..I do it to keep my metabolism running efficiently and to keep my body from a catabolic state..I get up anyway because my mind races like a freight train at night so I try and do something productive by getting up and having a little MRP..It works for me quite well..Quote:
