Okay...I'm back from my 2 week meeting/training. Thank God!

So what have I missed the last couple of weeks. I have already had to defend the president of my country, read what bdtr hates (which I loved by the way!) and saw that AR set a new record. Congrats to AR, Jason, mods and all of the members that were able to contribute. Sorry I wasn't able to be a part of it.

There's no way I'll ever catch up on the reading, so maybe of few of my AR bros can each share a little of what they remember from the last couple of weeks and I'll feel like part of the family again. Missed you guys!!!!

Oh yeah...there's a dancing banana in smileys now... ....he kind of scares me.....

It sucked...but it's over. Glad to be home. I didn't work out the entire 2 weeks...feel like shit because of that. Nice and sore now from starting back up.

I understand someone got banned while I was gone. Damn, I missed out on that excitement. I'll leave it alone though so as not to throw fuel on a fire.

Well one topic of discussion which drew intrest from a number of members was foxy sphinx and his lunatic ideas. Basically, he is 18 years old, high school dropout, self procalimed genuis, and believes he can do a 46 week cycle that will make him gain 3 inches of height. You can read the threads in the steroid question section. He, at 18, will run test, eq, gh, igf, and bunch of other crap to gain 3 inches while telling this he based everyone on the site for not being mentally equal. That was one of the things that went down.
