yup you guessed it again.. leg day.. well quads anyway.. here it goes

Leg extension superset with smith squats.. 4 sets 20 reps EACH

    Hack squats.. 3 plates on each side..20 reps..dropped a plate 20 reps.. dropped a plate 20 reps...

Yup.. thats 60 rep sets... for 4 sets

and Ive been having a dilema.. lunges on quad or ham day??? so I did them today and now my glutes wont stop spasaming!!!

the trick on deadlift is you have to squat down as much as you can almost below parallel before you start the lift.........just think leg press when pushing up........also keep your eyes up when moving the weight up

I ate a sandwich today. Chicken sandwich with cheese mayo, garlic salt, pepper and some lettuce. Thats what I did today. Didnt do the leg thing. Sorry
Maybe later though. Still an early night but a lot of good shows are on. CSI, Survivor, and something else.

Yes, that's good advice. Drive your heels through the floor, stay super-tight, and grab the bar HARD.

You know BigOl, for any leg advice I think I'd go straight to you, thats nuts! Your legs, your squat weight your workout, it's all nuts! I think next leg day I'm going all the way up to 20 reps for my sets!

you dont need that kind of shock to your body yet bro......BigOle has been training for a while obviously and prolly needs that type of "shock" to get his legs to respond

    np

usually the thing that gets people with deadlift is a weak back(im not saying that is your case) to combat this i would suggest doing romanian deadlifts, and stiff legged deadlift(all the way to the floor)

here is a link to romain deadlift picture: http://athletics.colgate.edu/powerpe...hnique/RDL.htm

here is a link to stiff legged deadlift http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=117

its the best i can give ya on how to do it correctly........i promise if you do thease your deadlift will go up.........just dont do both of thease on your back day......pick one and do it for like 4 weeks the start the other one and rotate them
