DOPE-Spine for you....they definately get you moving and they flat make you get movitated.
For me it's gotta be The Only by Static-X. As for the old stuff....Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin, and Face In The Crowd by Tom Petty.
There's been a lot of threads on this topic lately...but I'm always happy to discuss :D
For me, I have to go "Regulate" by Warren G and Nate Dogg...great old rap song...plus, it hits a lot of memories for me.
I've got an eclectic taste in music...but this always puts me in a good, focused mood - it's not gym music...but any other time for me :)
