This came up in another thread. What is your primary reason for jumping on gear? Mine is the desire to get bigger, stronger and more muscular although I will admit when I was younger attracting women was definately part of my reason. Now I only have to attract my wife which isn't always easy with five kids, two under age 4.

That needle comment hits home Red. I am so used to it. It's like brushing my teeth, just part of my evening routine. Last night I let one of the ER docs aspirate a Ganglionic Cyst on the back of my hand with a 1 1/2" 18 gage with no anesthesia or anything to numb it and held my hand still while he did it. It didn't phase me a bit.

I do it so I can get bigger and stronger......... I have a gf and she could care less if I was big or the way she met me....... at least that's what she says.

I think it's definitely more than one thing. It's a lot of wanting to be bigger and stronger...some of it is because it feels so damn good to be on. :D
I see it as a part of getting to where I want to be. I'm naturally pretty small...and I've set high goals. I'm working on getting other things straight now (diet and training) and when the time is right, I'll go back to AS...
and the attention from girls doesn't hurt :dg:

Flat out. I don't care how much I bench press, or how much I can deadlift, as long as I look good.
I love women. And I said this before, and I'll say it again...
Ultimately, everything we do is for girls. Or atleast sexual gratification.

Hard gainer?? I wouldn't say I'm a 'Hard Gainer', but I do love to workout.
To gain strength?? Absolutely. I need and want to get stronger. ALWAYS!
To get big?? A little. Not alot, just a little.
