my heart felt sorrows for all you people trying to cut
Suckers!!!!......Ill be stuffing my face all day tomorrow with turkey, ham, stuffing, Candied Yams, pies, green bean casserole, mashed tators and gravy......

Eat what you want, the gyms open Friday. I know I'm going to but then again I'm not ever trying to cut up Im married with kids so i get laid with or without abs.
Being a little built is a bonus for her. Small balls and all.

i was supposed to drop 5 lbs this week for a meet that i have next saturday........but i said f*** it........i cant resist thanks giving dinner =-)
now i will end up having to drop 10lbs

Yeah nothing beats a feast fest followed by a nice peaceful nap on Thanksgiving Day. You better believe I'll be gorging myself all day long. Nothing a little cardio can't fix
