    Strange thing happened today

    Ok today I did chest/tri workout... chest first.. then tris

    ok on my tris all I did was over-head DB presses. but 10 sets

    Set1-100 25 reps
    Set2-110 20 reps
    Set3-120 15 reps
    Set4-130 10 reps
    Set5-140 8 reps
    Set6-150 6 reps
    Set7-150 6 reps
    Set8-150 4 reps
    Set9-100 20 reps
    Set10-80 30 reps

    Now the strange thing is I actually got my biceps pumped also???

    hehe My tris BLEW up.. couldnt even scratch my forehead.. but my biceps got pumped 2.. whats that all about???

    Bigol' I have noticed if I let my elbows flare out ever so slightly it will hit my bis some........I guess just that little bit of change in form makes the difference.

    Bro I had to hit back/traps/bis today(gym's only open 3 days this wk).........tris still tender from fridays workout.....killed them big time.

    picking up the dumbells off the floor and lifting them up into position for the exercise is my guess....

    naw my partner put it on the bench and I put it on my shoulder. It might be what BB71 suggested.. hehe I did go a little heavy..

    I use the cambered bar..........I like it better than db's........that's just me thought.

    My gym only goes up to 125 and i can do 20 of those with out even breaking a sweat....

    but seriuosly I did a set of 8 reps with 255

    2 45's and a 25 on each side

    but I dont like doing skull-crushers ... cause my elbows hurt after doing them.

    you guys should try french press. It's like skull crushers, but with dumbells and you point your thumbs down instead of in.

    I have done those and add them every now and then for a change....but I like the lying tricep ext.(skull crushers).

    You can do these if you have a hammer curl bar at your gym...Mine does....

    Hey bigol' I did back today...........did 275 for 4 reps(very strict form) on barbell rows.....not to bad for a skinny guy like me....

    U will know the day i do...........I'll be posting some pics of that........when it happens that is........I did load the sled up to around 1700+ one day and just lifted it off the supports......... damn that was heavy.

    How much u talkin about going over your squat weight?.........IMO neg. for squats can be very tricky........that is alot of stress on the back and nerves system.....just think about all that weight pressing down on your spine.

    That is alot of weight big........if ya do it make sure u got 3 very good spotters......one on each side and one behind ya........and stick to low reps.

    Yeah def have safety pins set.......I would think no more than 4 reps......how many neg. sets u got in mind.......IMO no more than 3 sets...that should def give ya a shock.

    Big I'm calling you out on your #s,you been training 3yrs naturally......come on....yeah you have power in your legs,but your arms aren't that big at all,and I know guys that juice hard and don't do those #'s
