    Are you kidding me! I've already finished 45 minutes of cardio, worked the hams for another 35 minutes and ate breakfast!

    I'm at work but the boss just stopped by to say we could go home...........I'll log in to AR once I'm home.

    So do tell............who ate the most turkey yesterday? I ate half a breast, wing, a leg and then sleep for two hours.

    Snow mixed with rain here...

    Anyway im going to the gym in about 1 hour, got shoulders and triceps maybe some abs. Then im going to sleep! Had a rough night, got maybe 3½ hours sleep.

    Already been to the gym for abs and lower back, and getting ready to go back for bis, traps, and back... Tonight is my 5 year High School reunion.. And Im going to make a splash.. I cant wait to see some of them faces when they see how ripped I am.. I might gotta punk dudes that where bitches.. And speakin of bitches, i gotta get up on some all HS ass.. I got this tight sweater Im going to wear and everyone will be able to see every cut in my upperbody.. Things change in 5 years, WHOA!

    Yeah mass- not all of us live in Miami ....... It's cold, raining, and miserable here. I'm off today so it makes up for it...... I'll be hitting the gym soon to hit quads and some cardio.

    its so ****ty in NJ cold as hell and foggy. i hit the gym today worked the shoulders and arms. no cardio im bulking... came home and scarfed some left overs hahaha weeeeeeeee

    rain/snow mix and cold...too much traffic because of shoppers...horrible day... lol...i got called out by my g/fs dad last night, he's cool, but he's like you big fawker, you don't even drink, blah blah blah, so we polished off a case and half a 5th of jack... and we were sitting there bull****ting and watching porn i'm like omfg...lmaoooo..rare moment with the g/f's dad...but good thanksgiving

    Sucks ass here in Toronto too!! It's been raining for like 3 days none stop, but THANK GOD, that it's not that cold, otherwise, it would be 3 days none stop of SNOW!!!

    Its saturday here been to work till 12pm then went up to the old mans house built a 4 metre fence for him now sitting back with a tall glass of Jim Beam no gym today , life doesnt get much sweeter than this. Oh and the kids are at a sitters for the night...........Hitman
