    I'm Back

    Hey everyone... I've been gone for a while. But now I am back. I haven't trained much in the last year. I went through a tuff battle with depression. I have recently moved to Austin, Texas and getting a new life started out here. Going to look at the gyms in the area tomorrow to see where I want to rebuilt my flabby body to its rock solid state. If anyone from the area has any suggestions hit me up here or in a pm.
