i was doing calf raises on a box the other day and the DAM* thing slipped and I cut the crap out of both of my shins.

Had the fine folks at my cardio-paradise gym pissed off at me for destroying one of their "step workout" platforms...
It's the only thing in the gym I can use to do proper and DEEP standing calf raises... no spotters so I use the smith, load up 270-300 lbs (what? I'm not bigol!!! ) ant let her rip...
Last time I did that, I felt the plastic from the platform kinda buckle... next thing I knew the front part of my feet went thru! Talk about messing up a set!
Going to have to make myself a calf raise box with 2x4's and a 2x6 platform and leave it at the gym. I figure if I paint it pink, they won't even notice!

I should be so lucky to have the whole gym watch in awe... then again I'd have to lift at the gym first. Anyway Bigol, theres a guy that posted in the members pic section today I think (I just saw it today) whos quads are HUGE!!! I don't know if his are actually bigger but it made me think of you after a cycle.

Hey power it was a cool day in the gym....everyone in there was there to lift and no grandma's and stuff.. so we all started grunting and moaing just to piss off the staff...

romainan deadlift:

lat pull down:
225x12......315x10.......365x8(HARD)...405x6(only got
5)
wide grip lat pulldown: 12.10..8..6
abs

Yeah the other day I was doing seated dumbell presses with 10lb db's and they were like **** go bro it's your birthday. The only time I get some looks is when I am doing barbell shrugs with 4 plates a side and that's by the super skinny ones.
