Do You Watch What You Eat????????

For those of you that watch what u eat....here's the final word on nutrition and health.....it's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans

3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausage and fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what the hell you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

LOL!

I still think the food in america is fatter then it is over here, you seem to fry everthing in oil overthere! And you eat out on restaurants alot it seems. Ive read about guy's that do it a couple of times ED! But i know not everyone is like that.

I think lack of regular physical activity is a big reason. And as palme said, the eating out at restaurants is a big problem. But that is only more of a problem in the USA because the rest of the world is behind with regards to fast food and convience shopping.

The alcohol doesn't help either. Germans drink more beer than any other country, but they are social drinkers. Americans and Brits go out and get ****ing hammered.

People are always asking what the hell is a chicamahomico? How do you spell that, your email keeps bouncing back? Are you Mexican or Latino?( this one I get asked in real life, especially in the summer when I have a dark tan ). You guys know how it is....you try and pick a handle when you register but everything you can think of is already taken so something strange gets used.

Maybe you can tell me what the hell is a chicamahomico anyway? And is it good?

this is completely true and why obesity is a true problem in this country and will be even bigger in the future with the amount of obese children there are now....
