    Feelin like Mr. Potato head

    **** the feel all ****d up. 8 wks into this cycle, got the flu bad, elbow is aching from the increases in weight, knees are sore from heavy squatting, lower back is sore as hell from a house fire the other night. I feel like I am falling apart. Havent been in the gym in 5 days. Got the bloat thing going on. All emotional about stupid ass sheot. How bout some words of inspiration for a brother.

    I can not top those issues..fire, flu, bloat and the onset of depression! Hope something starts to look up for you!

    hang in there bro, when ***t gets thick, plow through it. makes us harder than a rock. keep ur chin up bro, things could be worst you know. last year, i was under I.A. during the start of my cycle, and talk about stress from all angles. ****nnnn. hang in there.

    I wouldnt really call it depression, just an hormonal imbalance maybe it's that time of the month.

    Finally I feel better, time to hit the metal hard. Amazingly I didnt lose too much weight.

    oh stop whining you baby ass! bump up your protien intake, your water and get your butt to the gym.....try lowering your weights and doing higher rep sets.....feel the burn hitting 20-30 reps.....that'll teach you a lesson......
