Scammers on the board?

I didnt know where to post this. Since I been on AR I see the posts warning of scammers pm'n members trying to sell gear. Whole time I been on AR I never had anyone do this until yesterday.

What's weird is I didnt just get one I got 4 all in one day. Not pm's but emails from my email link on my profile. One guy claimed to be from "Naposim" like I got stupid across my avatar or something (dont be gettin idea's mods). One guy talking to me like Im his buddy. So point is, Mods and members, you guys weren't kidding.

Was wondering if anyone else was getting this stuff too all of a sudden. Not to mention some idiot posted in the "steroid question" forum selling gear as well.

Is this like a Christmas scam time or something? :scratch:

They're emails from my email link. I think they know better not to pm. I'll pm you the email addy's so you got there info.

Around Christmas, business slows down as people spend money on things other than gear, so the pirates need to drum up some business somehow!

But seriouly all gay jokes aside... Any email from someone claiming to be a source is a sure invitation to get scammed of your hard earned $$$

I've only had one email like the the whole time I've been on AR and had fun emailing the guy back and forth demanding he front me if he was legit...

Needless to say he never agreed...
