Tried this today...
Hamstrings... I wanted to not be able to walk, and it worked!!!
Warm-up.... 15-20 reps laying curls
Set1... 12 reps drop set 6 reps
Set2... 12 reps drop set 6 reps drop set 4 reps
Set3... "same"
Set4... 4 reps drop set 12 reps
Set5... 15reps drop set 6 reps
Now the last set is what HURT!
Set6... (dont worry about reps, have a spotter assist)
This is what weight I did
130-6 reps, 1 forced rep
110-6 reps, 1 forced rep
90-4 reps, 1 forced rep
70- 8 reps, 1 forced rep
50- 8 reps, 1 forced rep
30- 6 reps, 1 forced rep
10- 15 reps, 4-8 forced reps ( cant remember)

So ya gonna invest in a wheelchair. .......that's a pretty sick ham routine.

This was my GOAL.. ive blasted my hams for 22 sets and different stuff.. so this musta been the key

Bro I can do the whole rack for 15 reps for four sets.... 250pnds... I killed my hammys today by super setting straight leg deads with leg curls...
I did
225 for 12 super set with leg curls 200 for 12
275 for 12 super set with leg curls 230 for 10
315 for 10 super set with leg curls 250 for 10
345 for 9 super set wih leg curls 250 for 10... THere a hurtin...

Daaammmnnnn Big 'Ol! You should start doing what you did awhile back..post a new routine for legs each week . I'd follow it all teh way (if i could make it that far, ) or ya could write one for lil ol me outta the kindness of your heart hehe!
