Looks like you have at least access to the internet posting this question so try a search at the microsoft webpage using the error code you get. It should give you the reason your getting whatever error code it is.

How do I know what the error code is?
Says "EXPLORER caused a stack fault in module"
then there is a bunch of #'s and letters
    then it says "Registers:"
and then 4 rows of more #'s and letters and = signs
then it says "Bytes at CS: EIP:"
followed by another row of various #'s and letters
    Basically I'm very lost............

I used to have the same problem. Do what the amish guy said. Hmm....if it starts opening 50+ times like mine did a few days ago, you have the annoying ass adware. Do a virus scan, quarantine it, then delete that shiat.

    look for spy sweeper..

it is better than search and destroy...

and yes you will have to get rid of Kazaa....

    you should anyway..
