    Question Cutting/Losing Body Fat%

Hey Guys/Gals. This is my first post here on the boards. So hello to everyone of you out there giving GREAT advice and helping others like myeself. Ok, I am 18 yrs old, 6'2, 220 LBS, 20% BF. Looking to cut up and develop 6 pack washboard abs, etc. I am currently lifting 5 days a week, and doing Cardio 7 days a week 30 min each day. I am dieting, however a little confused on what to eat, whats OK to eat at what time, etc...Could use help there. I take a fat burner very similar to Hydroxicut, 2 pills in the morning, and 2 in the afternoon. Not looking to gain much size, a little size would be nice, and thats why I lift. I'm looking to cut up for definition....I know I am 18 yrs old, but I have been considering a cycle of Winny-V or Clen or even Primo. What do you guys recommend? I mean, all you guys out there know the exact look I want, the washboard abs and the nice definition. I was training my abs every day, however I have cut that to 3 times a week now. Please give me any advice regarding juice, diet, my workout schedule, etc. I greatly appreciate it! I would like to get to about 10-12% bodyfat. Anything helps, thanks guys!

Im not sure how much info about nutrition you need but ill give it a shot. Your about my same wieght which makes it easy for me to give you advise. I would try to keep you carb intake at around 150-200g/day, try to eat those carbs as your first few meals of the day. 50 carbs for the first three meals of the day foe example. The carbs should ALL come from whole food sources such as oatmeal (old fashion) brown rice, sweet potatoes, red potatoes. Protein should be up about 250-300 grams /day. Supplement with 2-3 tblsp of flax per day. Your cardio seems to be good as long as your not exhausting yourself to badly!!!

One top of all those things the most important thing to keep in mind is persistance. If you stick with a diet for a while it WILL work and youll be glad you did

    Thanks Gorilla

Thank you for your advice. What do you think about a Clen cycle? Too early? Also, when I'm lifting, If I'm looking to gain some size as well, I should lift heavy, correct? The cardio will shed off the body fat %, and I will have lean muscle mass. Right? Get back to me with ANY information....everyone give me your advice on what I need to do. Also, how many times daily should I eat? 5-6 equal sized meals? And what time should I eliminate from eating carbs? Also, should I not eat past a certain time? I appreciate ALL your help! Gorilla, how did everything work out for you...how much body fat % did you lose over how much time, etc?

WOW you go a lot of questions there little Brutha. First of all I always lift heavy. Nothing burns fat like muscle.

Definitely do cardio. Do it first thing when you wake up before you eat.

Eat 6 small meals a day. Some people eliminate carbs at 5 or 6 but I just keep them low all day. Don't stop eating at night I always drink a protein shake right before bed. gotta keep the food flowing to your muscles.

Read some of the threads in the diet, workout, and supplement boards

One more thing protein shake and bars. They make great meal replacements. I have at least 2 of each a day.

I would'nt jump to quickly on the clen . Youd be surprised by how good your results can be just by using ripped fuel (any ECA). Yes lift heavy if you ask me. Some people suggest high reps while dieting to burn of more calories, my thought is to burn your calories with cardio and leave your wieght training for purely muscle fatigue. Like RON; I dont completely cut out carbs at night. I may taper of toward the late afternoon, but before bed if I feel weak or very hungry Ill throw in a bit (25g) of brown rice with a steack/chicken just hold me over for the night. Believe me with the amount of cardio youll be doing youll be at a calorie deficiet...there no need to start loosing hard earned muscle.

One last thing, there are a TON of very knowlageble people on this board, keep asking youll hear many suggestions just see what works for you!!!
