    most gyms have someone in there who can take your measurements, ask the front desk people or the trainers

    calipers can't cost that much, can they? the ones i have is just a piece of molded plastic, probably cost .02 to produce, what a ripoff!!!

    yeh......ask one of the trainers.......they should do it for free at almost every gym........

    Look for a gym that has a "bod pod" they are suspose to be really accurate!

    my gym s*uck, they dot not have fat calipers, the only thing they have is an electronic body fat calculator... as we all know, this is not accurate at all...

    Guy at the front desk has a calipare to do it. I usually do the back of my arm and lower back.
