Why is there a head on the end of a penis?!?!?!

I'm sure you've asked yourself this questions countless times but some others have taken it to the next level and actually researched this, here is the story;

The American scientists pondered the question "why is there a head on the end of a penis?" and decided to do the research and post their findings. They spent maybe $1000 and three weeks of testing and came to the conclusion that the head of a penis is there to provide the woman with maximum pleasure.

The Brits catch wind of what the Americans were up too and not wanting to let the Americans put out the only answer to this question decided to find out for themselves. So after spending 1 million dollars and a whole year of research they came to the conclusion that the head of a penis is there to provide the man with maximum pleasure.

Mass and Big Ol Legs, reading the paper come upon this article and being bright and knowledge seeking bros decided they would do their own research and post their results.

After three years of research, 10 billion dollars and numerous tests on each other they came to the conclusion that the head of a penis is there..........to keep the hand from slipping off the end.
