I can forsee the astros winning the division and getting swept out of the playoffs the first round like always. I am a stros fan but it sucks when they can't win in the playoffs. It will be a good season though. Now, if only Josh Beckett would come home. I have a feeling he will before the end of his career.

baseball fans would agree with me here though, if you had the choice between Andy Pettitte and Javier Vasquez, i'm taking Vasquez every time

i'd take pettitte if it could get me clemmens.

Pettite's left hand did save the yanks alot of homeruns over that short right porch in rightfield. Vasquez has never pitched in the playoffs though so hopefully for the yanks he can adjust to that, hopefully for the rest of us he wont get a chance to!

this is cool, but in a way not. I was wanting to get tickets a lot and go with my girlfriend. I think it will be hard to get them for this next year.
It would be cool to get some of the Houston guys to meet up and go watch a game...

it's not so much jealousy as much as being lied to, in every interview he gave all year, he said there was no way he would come back and pitch this year, he never said anything about for the yankees or another team, he said he wanted to spend time with his family and the workouts weren't worth it anymore, so he basically lied, i don't care that he doesn't want to pitch for the yankees anymore, but don't lie to the fans who pay your salary
