    Arrow Have i pulled a a muscle?

    Ive had coming and going pains in my left calf a couple of days now but today it´s been hurting all day, every step i take hurts (the pushing motion). I can only describe the feeling like im about to cramp up when i push away then it relaxes and then it comes back, i dont have any visable signs of bleeding. I cant flex it without having pain. Can it be a blood clouge(sp)? Will i die?

    Palme, I'd say it's a pull or strain etc. Ice it and take it easy on it. Don't workit for a week to make sure it's not a tear or something.

    i had the same thing happen to me last week...
    u need to keep ice on it...but i went and got the bengay patches and they felt good...
    just take it easy..if it starts to bruise up then see the doc

    is the pain in hälsenan?? If stretching to much in the bottom of calf exercises I sometimes get so much pain in hälsenan(achiles tendon I think on english) that I hardly can walk. but it goes away in a couple of days.

    Det är inte hälsenan johan det är muskeln.

    So you guys think i should heat it/cool it? Ill try it, thank you.
