Championship Bodybuilding?

Has anyone read Championship Bodybuilding by Chris Aceto? What were your thoughts. I recently purchased the book and I thought it was pretty good. I am gonna try to use the diet info for endomorphs (like me) to shed a few extra pounds before my trip to Jamaica in February. Thanks. Mark

I have heard of it but haven't read it yet. However I have heard some negative things about him from some of the top pros in the sport. The diet info for endomorphs you mentioned, i know I have heard of it, but I can not quite think of it right now.
