Natural bodybuilding by definition is anything that does not involve steroids . This is the way I have come to understand it. But has anyone considered that this is a fallacy? Think of the andro’s, glutamine, eca, creatine, proteins that are high in BCAA. I could go on but you get where I am going. These are all used in the aid of building bigger, better stronger muscles or reducing fat. Then one can say your “natural” using all these products? But these products are processed just the same. There are varying degrees of power in the supplements that one uses. Steroids being the most powerful and in a league of their own. So if steroids were legal would one still be natural? What are you opinions on this?

Shit, event some of the "all natural" guys juice, i believe we even have some of them on our board.
