... fitness question..
I picked up Jui Juitsu and one of the things we do is run to get into better cardiovascular shape.. the problem is i go to class right after my weights and i really cant do it any other way, well besides doign the weights after class.. is there anyway i can compenstate for weights+cardio right after with out becoming catabolic..?
