This is how bad McDonalds is for you!!
Ok well i was listening to the news and they were talking about a man who did an experiment where he ate nothing but Mcdonalds for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday for one month. This man was healthy as you and I and had no medical problems. In the course of a month this man gained 25 pounds of fat and in fact became completely out of shape and overweight. Not only that, he went to the doctor to get a check up on his health and the doctor warned him that he was in danger of liver failure very soon if he continued this experiment. He refused to discontinue it and actually finished the experiment and was given all sorts of meds to help out his organs. McDonalds of course has no comment on the experiment. He said that after he ate every meal he had an extreme surge in energy and 10-15 minutes later he complained of extreme sluggishness. Kinda makes you think of the crap that some people put into their body.

Well the experiment was in its last days so he continued until he finished. Luckily he had no permanent consequences.

I believe it. I gained 5 lbs from taco bell my freshman semester when I ate there 7 times in 2 weeks. 5 lbs of chub and I could tell. Fast food is good though especially in a late night drunken stupper

You have to look at thru others eyes that are not educated in diet and wouldn't know nutrition if it slapped them in the face.
Breaking down how the typical McD eater thinks:
Hamburger = beef so there is your fats and protien in one shot
Lettuce = veggie
Onions = another veggie
Bun = used to hold together all other nutritional foods
Special Sauce = not mayo
French Fries -
Potatos = good form of carbs for more energy
Ketchup = tomatos = another veggie
Diet Cola -
has the word diet in it, it has to be good for you
Milk Shake -
Milk = cow = more protien

I don't care too much for McDonald's. About the only fast food I'll eat is Wendy's and Dairy Queen.
