Apology to Swolecat and others...

Things around here has been really ****ty lately. I lost my brother and some friends to a drunk driver, uncle's in the hospital with cancer, and another friends' tried to commit suicide. With that being said, I have been to say the least, rude. Although, I did not agree with the thread making fun of one of our members I still made some racist comments and was beligerent to other members in other threads. You guys on here have always helped me when I needed it and I really appreaciate it. I was wrong with my comments and there is no reason for the hateful and rude comments made by me. I hope all who I offended can accept my sincere apology. God bless.

I assume I'm included in your apology since I was on the receiving end of your racial comments. Going through a rough time is not an excuse for racism. Just remember that.

I didn't see the post but I'm pretty sure he was trying to appolagize and yes to you also I bet. If you don't except his appology it's Ok but everyone on this board has said something racist at one time I promise. So we are all unexecusable I guess.

In my book racism is inexcusable. When I get pissed off at someone what goes through my mind is what a ****ing asshole they are. Not Black or White or Asian or whatever. I don't make assumptions or insults based on color no matter how angry I am.

not everybody thinks like you do carlos, maybe his parents brought him up that way, and if so, it's not that easy to change a pattern of thinking that was instilled in you since you were a baby, i'm not defending racist statements in any way, but i do have the ability to forgive ignorance, and recognize it for what it is

It's not racist to wonder why a variety of color is not in a film. I see it everyday walking down the street, at work, at the gym, everyday of my life. I wonder why it's not represented in film. If you took my thread as racist you took it the wrong way.
