I wish I was 10%, I just finished a bulk cycle and with the next tren, prop cycle I hope to get to 10%, now I am approx 13-14%.

9 to 10% for me is great........ It's easier to maintain as well.

I'd have to say it depends on the person...some people look ripped at 10%...others don't develop a 6-pack until much lower...

i'd say good is around 10...i've been there before, but i was 158lbs...I haven't seen single digits since then...but i'm around 205 now, probably around 13%

Holy shiat....you all are Greek Gods and shiat. I think what most dudes have to realize is that some of you who are at the 8 to 10ish range are well below the norm. What I mean by that is you all have been working at this hard and have an incredible diet. The lowest I ever got was to 12% and that was hella good. So I give you all made props for being below 10%.....but I think dudes have to remember is that 10% and lower is incredible...and needs lots of hard work to achive.....IMHO

depends how big the person is for their frame. If your 5'9 200 and 8% you look worse in my opinion than someone 12% at 5'9 235.

Well I'm a lil over 6' 6 tall.... @ 237lb and @ 13-14% from the holidays ... my diet went to **** after the holidays and after some depression from some personal **** set in... but i'm gettin back to clean diet... I wanna get back down @ 10% again too... I feel like a fatty...

Same boat here bro never been below 12. Never seen a 6 pack but had a 4 for a while :) Where ever you feel happy with bro is cool. Who the fuk cares what others feel. I myself would love to hit single digits and I might.

but i like food and i get p u ssy so i really dont care what bf% i am at =-)

while the 235 lb guy will look alot bigger in real life and in a shirt. personally id rather be the 200 lb guy come summer time

I stay at around 10% year round give or take a digit, but i cut down to around 8% before a fight.

Heh...17% right now is my guess, Its bulking season!!! :D. I'm gonna cut down to about 6-10% during cutting....I cant wait.

i've been 8% before...but i was also 150lbs...

now that i'm 200+, i haven't seen single digit BF since then...i hover around 13-15% but i'm really curious how i'd look in single digit BF around 200 lbs...hmm :?: i'm going to try to lean out for the summer...

LMAO...RON you won't ever hit single BF if you go drinking and partying with me. Cause I love beer and I love lots of it. But like you said who gives a fuk...everybosy is different...just get somehwere where you think is good. I have seen a four pack before...would of had six if I didn't drink all them six packs of beer...lol...anyway, RON we'll get fat and have a great time doing it!

last summer i was 5.4% at 167 - 173.... now im 190 and about 10%. ive been eating like crazy just to gain anything possible. but ill start cutting back down. id like to be around 175 - 180 and around 6% for summer. oh yeah im 5' 8"
