The other day I went to the gym with a buddy that hadn't worked out in a while. He tried to keep up even though it had been over a year for him.
Well, he collected fluid in his bicep area which drained down to his wrist area and appears to be staying there. When he push in his wrist area with his thumb it stays pushed in for a long period of time.
Any thoughts on this? Never seen it happen before?
