    i would always hear people saying that i juiced when i first started lifting hardcore 2 years ago. i still till this day havent juiced yet. it pissed me off though a bit because they wouldnt believe me.

    hey i doubt its true but... why do i always hear kids at that age or even at my age should not be lifting because it stunts growth?...

    Never heard that one........... using aas will stunt your growth.. but working out will not..

    Until you start producing test (puberty) you will not have alot of gains...

    and when you are younger.. you are in danger of injuring joints and ligaments..

    and being younger you can be so impatient.... but if you remain injury free... you can make great gains.. and big strength......

    drink lots of water...........
