    Is it leagal to mail order syringes to Ca?

    Some places will not mail order unless it is for research or medical in which case you need supporting documents.I read this off a couple of sites.

    i've found that the easiest place to get pins is at a local feed store..they dont even ask around here...b/c there are so many roid heads..

    No it is not. But when you purchase them the FDA requires proof your allowed to possess them. They do random letters to people and require they show proof. 9 times out of time your cool. But if you get sent a letter and send no response to them, they stick you with a $200+ fine.
