    Rediscovering Music

Do any of you guys "re-discover" music that just burnt itself out? I broke out some of my older albums...Van Halen...Lynyrd Synyrd..Marshall Tucker Band...Black Oak Arkansas...I had forgotten just how much VH's "Aint talkin bout love" f-ing rocks! It is almost like wear it out, wait 10 years, and that stuff is brand new again!

Oh yea, It happens too often for me.. I have a few albums that after playing them a million times, i ultimately give them a rest for a few years, and i find myself lately listening to them over and over again.. It's a vicious circle... That buckcherry song 'lit up' I played that song so much, when it came out 4 years ago or whatever, I gave it a rest for a while, and now it found its way back into the cd player!!!

I have deemed nearly all music made sice about 1995 pure crap. Music from the 60's, 70's, 80's and early 90's ......back when it was about the sound not how badass or pretty an artist looks.

Geez, I'm still gettin' off on Tommy Dorsey and Ella Fitzgerald swing . . .
IMHO, anything after 1960 is modern music . . .

Dude old Van Halen was awesome. I still listen to old rock even though I'm still considered a youngster. Not into 50 Cent and that b/s music. Rock on bros!

I recently found some Alice in Chains music that i had burned on a CD, which I've had for about 5 years, starting to listen to it again, It's like I've never heard it before
