i was sittin at gold on a machine taking a rest, then i heard some guy say hey, why dont you give me your number so we can train together. it was shawn ray. and he was serious. at first i didnt think he was but he told me he wanted to lift with me cause we hit the same times. this is frickin incredible. the best high i ever had. still cant wipe the smile off my face. any who, he said he would give me call for heads up on which part he wants to hit. i cant wait to get started. any one else get a chance to train with the pros?? how was it? i know he is intense, i hope i dont piss him off or slow him down.

im going to take full advantage of this opportunity. if any of you bros want the work outs ill be glad to post what we do. yes whitey i am at fullerton. i didnt know that this golds has a deal with flex magazine and all of flex's photo shoots are here. where are you at whitey. if you want ill keep you psted on the shoots, they should be starting up soon. im "on" right now, so maybe i can bring it up with him and see what goes from there. the best part of it it made me feel big. i have had some problems in the head lately but this helped to clear that up.

thanx jugg. i have this thing about luck, when it hits it hits, except when im in vegas. iv met coleman, cutler, gunther, richard jones, shawn ray, a few amatuers, and have seen dexter jackson, even brock lesner came to golds, but i had school and had to miss that one. and milos now owns this gold's. photo shoots are comming up soon so ill bring a camera to the gym just in case, hope i can get some good pics.

I used to work out at Levrone's gym near baltimore..... I cant say i lifted with him, but talked to him from time to time. I met goldberg there once, and shawn ray. he seemed pretty cool.
