Keep this up top till the comp lol. Hoss has a way to get out of everything he says. I think the first post i read from him was that he had cancer and then suddenly it wasn't cancer but he was going to chemo for it but now he's perfectly ok.

Don't worry about buying a new hat anytime soon buds. Hoss still owes Hitman and myself pics of someting WAY easier than a 400lb sqaut and he felched on that one. My prediction: there's not going to be any pics. However I hope the lil puke still wins the meet ( I going out on a limb here and assuming there's even a meet )

For it to be official you need to break parallel. A good powerlifting belt, not one of those one ply brown ones that taper in the front, and knee wraps will give an extra 75lbs +. If you were truly maxing 385 without wraps 405 should be a piece of cake with them. Post a pic of you to parallel with 405. I'd also like to see a pic of your 17 inch calves, your sig says 16.5 but you've been claiming 17 lately, and 24 inch quads. You got it, This is mainly for the football players, the coach says he'll most likely have a couple extra seats on the bus, and he said he would be glad to let me go. We can eiether do freeweight or smith machine. But if we use smith machine, we have to throw on an extra 45lbs to "even the weight out" so it will "be the same as free weight". Even though its not, because free weight you have to use different stabalizer muscles.

Nah..it was a big scare...It was a tumor, but it wasn't mallignant..My first one, but I was pretty sure I had it because everyone on my fathers side has died from it...Just bad luck , doc says i'll probably get it later in life....Its probably in my genes
