    Nice new look

    I was working out yesterday, and cracked myself right above my eye with an open end of a lat bar. It didnt hurt,just bleed pretty well. I'm headin up to the Arnold this weekend and wouldnt mind getting rid of some of this puffyness. Is there anything i can put on it to help it other then ice? Any help is appreciated...
